Valerie brings 32 years of nursing experience grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Associate in Nursing from American River College and began her career in Medical-Surgical nursing, where she built a strong clinical foundation caring for diverse patient populations. Valerie later transitioned to hospital-based Case Management, serving not only as a case manager but also as an educator, supporting colleagues in best practices and care coordination. For the seven years prior to joining Senior Care Solutions, she worked in outpatient case management, focusing on chronic disease management. In that role, she helped patients navigate community resources, connect with appropriate providers, and sustain long-term support for complex, ongoing health needs. Valerie is committed to collaborative, patient-centered care and serving our aging adult population.
