I personally used Senior Care Solutions when I had to place my husband and I do not know what I would have done without them. They were with me from start to finish, and it was amazing how much easier it was to have someone helping me go through all the steps of placing someone that I dearly loved. If any of you think it is an easy task to do, it is not. I called their office first, and then a family consultant came to our house to interview my husband to see what his needs actually were. What is Senior Care Solutions? My wife was diagnosed with dementia, and I didn’t know a thing about that malady. I was advised to go there and I did almost 7 years ago. My wife needs continual care. She is safe. She is content and she will never get well. I know and understand that now and do not feel guilty because she is in memory care. That was not always the case. Through my group meetings I have been able to question, listen, laugh, cry, advise, complain and learn how lucky I am compared to so many other husbands.
