Family Consultant

Jessica Coyne joined Senior Care Solutions in 2008. A Ball State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in social work, she began her career in skilled nursing, serving in admissions and as a social services director. Working closely with residents and families gave her firsthand insight into the complexities of choosing care—insight that fuels her commitment to guiding families with clarity, compassion, and practical solutions. This experience made for a natural transition to her role as a Family Consultant.

“One of the most meaningful aspects of my work is helping families during emotionally demanding and stressful times. I enjoy educating them about available resources and identifying the best solutions for their situations. It’s rewarding to alleviate some of the burden and make things a little easier. Knowing our families are happy is truly fulfilling.”
