Lauren Firenze joined Senior Care Solutions full time in 2010 after earning her bachelor’s degree from UC Davis. Returning to the family business, she gained experience across multiple roles before discovering a passion for building and expanding the company’s Medi-Cal programs. In 2014, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida, strengthening her ability to support families with complex needs. In 2024, Lauren became co-owner of Senior Care Solutions, where she continues to lead program development and support families navigating the senior care journey. She is proud to carry on her parents’ legacy, guiding the company’s future while honoring its founding mission and values.
