ALW Social Worker / Lead Care Manager

Lauren “Lo” Khalil joined the Senior Care Solutions team in 2025 as a CalAIM Lead Care Manager and ALW Program Social Worker. She earned her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern California in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Lo began her career in human resources but quickly transitioned, discovering a strong passion for social work. Her journey started as a patient care technician at a residential care facility for women and teens with eating disorders, transitioning to coordination of care at a specialty mental health outpatient clinic in San Diego, California.

After relocating to Sacramento, California, Lo built her career around outreach and referral management, patient navigation, and case management. She has worked across diverse settings, from community-based organizations and outpatient clinics to hospitals, always committed to supporting her communities and advocating for those who are navigating complex health systems.
