ALW Program Director

Kristine earned her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. During her undergraduate studies, she worked in the non-profit sector advocating for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. After three years in advocacy, she joined Sacramento County as an Eligibility Specialist, assisting individuals in accessing Medi-Cal and CalFresh benefits. These experiences strengthened her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and provided a natural pathway into social work.

Kristine now serves as the ALW Program Director, overseeing placement and care coordination for aging and at-risk adults. She is dedicated to ensuring that each client receives the guidance, support, and dignity they deserve throughout the Assisted Living Waiver process.

“After watching my grandmother steadily decline and her care needs increase, I realized how valuable it is to have someone guide you in the right direction. I take pride in helping families navigate the process with compassion and professionalism.”
