ALW Program Coordinator

Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry in 1991 from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota.  She joined the Senior Care Solutions team in 2022 as Administrative Assistant after working for over 25 years in various church ministry roles.  Her most recent job as Pastoral Care Minister was to assist individuals and families in connecting with resources to meet their financial, physical, and psychological needs.  She also helped develop and coordinate large events, including a weekly meal service for 100 people in the local community.  During COVID she began an outreach ministry to isolated senior citizens, to keep them connected to resources and to the church community.  Caroline now serves as one of the Assisted Living Waiver Program Coordinators at Senior Care Solutions.

“The skills I learned in various ministry roles have helped me develop a listening ear and a warm heart.  My own personal experience with Medi-Cal waivers, IHSS, SSI, and with my own mother’s journey with dementia from 2018-2023, enables me to serve with empathy and understanding for those navigating the complex web of senior care.”
