“I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you again from my dad and I. You helped me gather strength that I didn’t know I had and your kind thoughts through recent cards were so generous.

We know that the road ahead of us will be long and difficult but we’re thankful that things are stable (for now). My dad has someone coming to the home every other day for a few hours a day. We’re still evaluating whether it’s a right “fit” – but for now it provides some relief.

“I don’t know where to begin! Thank you is so inadequate for all you have done for mother and me. Some people go their entire lives searching for their “calling”. Many never find it or even come close. You most definitely not only found your calling, you created it! In my life I’ve met only a few people who I feel are God’s special angels on earth. You, my dear friend, are at the top of that very short list.

Although I have never really felt comfortable “letting go” of very frequent visits with mother, I have adjusted rather easily. It was such a comforting feeling I get when I hear she is doing well. To see her new curly perm, a smile on her face, listening to Mr. Bob singing, reports that she is okay….All make me able to relax and surrender.

Thank you for once again for coming to my rescue. I don’t know how you manage to do everything that you accomplish to help so many people. I just thank God that you do! Our weakest and most vulnerable loved ones are blessed by your good works. You’ll be hearing from me again, soon.”
